He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland E. Brown and Etta Mae Craft Brown; his wife Betty Craft Brown; and his siblings, Leland Brown and Lenora Hardy.
He is survived by: his children, Bennie Wayne Brown (Beth Durham) of Pendleton, Tim Brown (Brenda) of Central and Vanessa Langston (Gregg) of Norris; his sister Linda Kisker of Piedmont, SC; his grandchildren, Mandy Holcombe, Kayla Collins (Stephen), Carol Durham (Jeffrey), Corey Brown, Jenna Brown and Brandon Langston; and his great grandchildren, Eva, Emily, Lacy and Willa.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Hospice Unit of one's choice.
