She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Welborn and Margaret Tribble Welborn. She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Margaret Chastain Brooks (Brad) and Susan Chastain Hart (Greg); and her grandchildren, Annslee Hart Gross (Jonathon), Dillon Hart, Justin Brooks (Lacey) and Heather Brooks (Shawn Newsome). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
