He was predeceased by: his parents, William Adger Stone, Sr. and Ellis Aileen Traynham Stone; and his son William A. Stone, III. He is survived by: his wife Sallie Patrick Stone; his son Patrick Stone (Lindsay) of Pelzer; his sister Carolyn Stone Neely (Joe) of Belton; and his grandchildren, Piper, Ila Kate and Willa Stone.

Due to Covid-19, it is suggested that masks be worn, and social distancing observed.
