He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cicero Turner, Sr. and Frances Kay Turner of Maryland. He is survived by: his children, Leslie Turner Webb of Williamston, Julie Turner James of Alto, GA and Matt Turner; his sisters, Frances Turner McKee of Piedmont and Katie Louise Turner of Pelzer; his grandchildren, Morgan Young (Steven), Stephanie Williams (Zack), Tyler, Amber James and Bailey Turner; his great grandchildren, Hadley, Holland Young and Jessie James; the mother of his children Martha Bryant Garton of Pelzer; and his pet Rico.
