He is survived by: his wife Germaine Geana Murphy Gilbert; his children, Brandy Lee Gilbert of Tampa, FL and Jack Nathaniel Gilbert (Heather) of Pelzer; his siblings, Fred Gilbert (Suzanne) of La France, Linda Guerin (Dennis) of Pelzer and Marilyn Gilbert of Pelzer; his grandchildren, Brooke Nichole Clutts (Mathew) and Dakota Daniel Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Isla Layne and Nora Blake Clutts.
