With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tammy Winburn (Pelzer, South Carolina), born in Williamston, South Carolina, who passed away on July 29, 2022 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Bruce Winburn; her parents, Rev. Ralph Edward James, Sr. and Geneva Faye Webb James; her son Rev. Robert Bruce "Bobby" Winburn, II (Sherry Lynn) of Williamston; her brother Ralph Edward "Eddie" James, Jr. (Christy) of Pelzer; her grandsons, Elijah, Tanner and Colton Winburn; and her nieces and nephews, Corey James and Courtney James of Pelzer.
