He is survived by: his wife Renee Spivey; his children, Spencer Spivey, Jr. (Melissa) of Winnsboro, Kenneth Surratt of Winnsboro, Brandon Matthews of Columbia, Teresa McClain (Ken) of Columbia and Melissa Moore (DeAnne) of Simpsonville; and his sister Linda Gail Spivey of Winnsboro.
