He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Jackson and Doris Nervie Roach Payne of Pelzer. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Payne (Kellie Lazzaro) of Pelzer and Stephanie Denne (Taylor) of Bracebridge; his siblings, Darlene Crosby of West Columbia and Chuck Jordan of Columbia; and his grandchildren, Gabriel Jackson Payne, Gianna, Gabriella and Guilianna Lazzaro.
