She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert McPheron, Jr.; her parents, William Carr and Mary Elizabeth McClain Carr; her daughter Sarah McPheron; and her siblings, John, Ruth Ann, Roberta and Richard Carr.

She is survived by: her children, Mary Elizabeth Callahan (Richard) of Archdale, NC, Shirley Connor (Curtis) of Trinity, NC, Herbert McPheron, III (Wendy) of Trinity, NC, Dennis McPheron (Carolyn) of Asheboro, NC, Caroline McPheron of High Point, NC, Alice Reed (Edward) of Archdale, NC, Margaret McPheron of Piedmont and Laura McPheron of Piedmont. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-granddaughter.

Due to Covid-19, it is suggested that masks be worn and social distancing observed.
