He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Riley "Jerry" Trotter; his parents, Jerome Butler Trotter, Jr. and Lulu Welborn Trotter Norris; and his sons, Michael Riley "Mike" Trotter and Ronald Welborn "Ron" Trotter.
He is survived by: his children, Meg Trotter of Williamston and Jerome Butler "J. B."; his grandchildren, Zachary Riley "Zach" Trotter and Sallie Scott Trotter Graham (David); and his great grandchild Scarlett Graham.
Due to Covid-19, the family requests that masks be worn, and social distancing observed.
