He is survived by: his spouse Fay Bryant Fennell Stafford; his son Dwayne Fennell (Donna) of Anderson; his grandchildren, Jordan Ayers of Pelzer, Jannah Ayers of Powdersville, Brianna Garmon (Jack) of Pendleton, Cameron Fennell (Kinsley) of Anderson and Tanner Fennell of Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Ayers (Caleb) of Piedmont, Bryson, Blayce Campbell of Pelzer, Kade, Karsyn Kelley of Powdersville, Sadie Garmon of Pendleton, Casey, Avery Couch, Sawyer Vaughn of Williamston and Cooper Thomas Fennell.
