She was predeceased by: her husband John Lewis Kuykendall; her parents, Andrew Jackson and Sadie Jordan Fowler; and her siblings, Bill Fowler and Jean Lindsey.
She is survived by: her children, James F. Kuykendall of Pelzer and Janet Kostyal of Pelzer; her son-in-law David Kostyal of Greenville; and her grandchildren, Johnny Edmond, Joy Lisa Edmond, Ryan James Kuykendall and Katherine Leigh Kuykendall.
