He was predeceased by: his parents, Furman A. Billingsley and Ruby Janell Palmer Billingsley; his son Norman Billingsley; and his siblings, Mary Sue Bennettt and Waymon "Junior" Allred Billingsley.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Elizabeth Campbell Billingsley; and his children, Sonya Harrison (Chip) of Belton, Phillip Billingsley (Kristina) of Pelzer, Teresa Medlin (Steve) of Travelers Rest and Timmy Billingsley (Denise) of Williamston. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; and twenty-seven great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19, the family requests that masks be worn and social distancing observed.
