He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alfred "Jamie" Hooper and Patricia Ruth Moore Lusk; his former wives, Diane Green Hooper and Kathy Gambrell Hooper; and his brother Timothy Lusk.
He is survived by: his spouse Lené Lynn Hooper; his children, Scott Stewart (Sonya) of Pelzer, Kimberly Williams (Mike) of Easley and Corey Hooper (Eva) of Piedmont; his stepdaughters, Brandi Collins of Piedmont, Casey Bracken and Sydney Childress; and his sisters, Donna-Faye Bell and Lisa Lusk. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
