It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Quida Elizabeth Bruce Looper (Pelzer, South Carolina), born in Chester, South Carolina, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Glenn S. Looper; and her siblings, Wanda Lee and Anthony Wayne Bruce (Tony) of Pelzer, SC.. She is survived by: her daughters, Glenda Lee Looper Eller and Rhonda Elizabeth Looper (Jackeline Ramos) of New Jersey; her brother Lamar Bruce (Linda) of Greenville, SC.; and her nephew Rev. James McCoy-Bruce.
