With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Odell James Smith (Pelzer, South Carolina), born in Seneca, South Carolina, who passed away on September 6, 2022 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by: his father James "Doc" Smith; his wife Edith Moore Smith; and his sons, Tony Smith and Eric Smith. He is survived by: his children, Jim Smith (Tania) of Rosenberg, Ricky Smith of Pelzer, Keith Smith (Lorrie) of Liberty, Jeff Smith of Liberty and Kim Monroe (Dwayne) of Piedmont; and his pet Moses. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.
