He is survived by: his father Clyde Castle; his sister Rhonda Brown; his significant other Kerry Hinz; his mother Linda Summerville (Mike Summerville); his stepmother Linda Castle; his siblings, John (Kathleen), Larry (Lisa), Jimmy Frady (Tabitha), William Castle, Cindy Allen (Alan), Candy Albright (Drew), Crystal Hatley (David) and Cassandra Nave; his daughter Rebecca Polley (Melvin); and his grandchildren, Mark Jr., Josh, Justin, Jason Castle and Shawn Hall.
At Mark's request, any donations will be forwarded (via Crystal Hatley) to the Anderson Cancer Center.
