She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Marion Kay; her parents, Herman Carl and Kathleen Guthrie McAlister of Virginia; and her brother-in-law Jerry Epps. She is survived by: her children, Chad Kay (Becky) of Williamston and Cindy Jackson (Jon) of Pelzer; her siblings, Elizabeth Epps of Williamston and Lanny McAlister (Sherry) of Cleveland, SC; and her grandchildren, Mattie Jackson and Becca Kay.
