She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. William Franklin "Frank" Cagle and Eunice Pearl King Cagle; and her brother Herman Cagle. She is survived by: her husband Billy Earl Harvey, Sr.; her children, Michelle Harvey Gann (Jeremy) of Piedmont, April Harvey Campbell of Houston, TX, Billy Harvey, Jr. of Pelzer and Keith Harvey (Gloria) of Lexington; her brother Paul Cagle (Kathy) of Lexington; and her grandchildren, Mitchell Campbell and Rowan Gann.
Due to Covid-19, it is suggested that masks be worn and social distancing observed.
