It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Porter (Pelzer, South Carolina), born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on May 8, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, McDuffie Porter and Mary Moody Porter; and his brother Harold Porter. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Jones Porter; his daughters, Elaine Roberts and Cheryl Couch of Williamston; his grandchildren, Corey Roberts, Brittany Annon, Dustin Roberts and Caleb Ballew; and his great grandchildren, Thomas, Aubrey Carol, Leylan and Alyssa Annon.
