She was predeceased by: her parent Doyle Gambrell; and her nephew Talon Gambrell. She is survived by: her spouse James "Randy" Hooper; her parent Carolyn Gambrell; her daughter Brandi Collins; her stepchildren, Scott Stewart (Sonya), Kimberly Creswell (Mike) and Corey Hooper (Eva); her siblings, Denise Wynn (David), Kerry Gambrell (Wendy), Mike Gambrell (Pam) and Barry Gambrell (Kay); and her friend Jan Holloway. She is also survived by four grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; several nieces and nephews.
