It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathryn Tice Waters of Pelzer, South Carolina, who passed away on September 2, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse J. B. Waters; and her parents, Thomas Sanford and Frances Viola Hall Burroughs. She is survived by: her children, Tony Tice (Sally) of Anderson, Tommy Tice of West Pelzer, Dorothy Medlock (Tommy) of Abbeville and Kathy Welborn (Terry) of Williamston. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
