He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Ann Russell Harbin and Hugh Preston Harbin Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Mahan Harbin; his daughter Robin Nicole Wright (William); his granddaughter Kestrel Alexandria Wright; and his siblings, Elizabeth Harbin Nichter, Hugh Preston Harbin Jr., Gregory Alan Harbin (Michele) and Emanuel Allan Lyons. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and his best friend.
