She was predeceased by: her parents, James Quinn and Elizabeth Hedden; her children, Kathy Ann Lewis Amos and Lee Lewis; her siblings, Frances Caruso, Herbert Clark and Kathleen Taylor; and her nephew Chris Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Hofmeister (J. C.), Johnny Scarborough Jr. and Jillian Scarborough; her grandchildren, Brandon, Britni, Quinn, Hogan, Zayne, Alaina, Kali, Jay, Druw, Olivia, Paul, Lilly and Nathan; her nieces and nephews, Bonnie Olinski and Joey Taylor; her great-niece Lisa Phillips; her nephew Bruno; and her precious Baby. She is also survived by 17 Great-grandchildren.
