He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sidney Kelley and Ozell Cooley Kelley; his children, Tammy Atkinson (Ricky) and James Kenneth "Kenny" Kelley; his siblings, Elder MaGaha, Dareen Coker, Barbara Stroud, Betty Stroud, Brenda Cothran, Judy Baldwin, Bobby, Ronnie and Roger Kelley; and his grandchildren, Melissa Craine (Derrick), Amy McGee, Joshua and Jeffrey Kelley.
