She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Illie and Charity Annie Long Beasley; her siblings, Harrison, Johnnie, Ben, George, Gene, Pete, Milton, Bill, Lawrence Beasley, Frances Beasley, Ruth Crider and Connie Alexander; and her granddaughter Lindsey Crawford.

She is survived by: her husband Homer Livingston Clardy; her daughters, Beckye Clardy, Sherry Crawford (Ronnie) of Williamston and Kathy Clardy Smith (Mike) of Williamston; her grandchildren, Chad Crawford (Kim), Cody Crawford (Haley) and Mitch Smith; and her great grandchildren, Allie, Grayson, Harper, Finley Crawford and Brooks Smith.
