He was predeceased by: his wife Pansy Gertrude Howard Ford; his parents, Rufus Ford and Zura Evan Ford; and his daughter Janice Ford Darby. He is survived by: his children, John H. "Johnny" Ford, Jr. (Sue) of Belton and Brenda Ford Oliver of Ware Shoals; and his grandchildren, Angela Wood, Todd Ford, Dee, Anthony and Michael Oliver. He is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren; and twelve great-great-grandchildren.
