He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Stanley and Ruth Page Neely; his daughters, Pamala Lynn Neely and Stephanie Camille Neely; and his brothers, Lamar, Harlan, Rudolph "Red", Leon and Bob Neely.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Jean Neely; his children, Donna Neely Powell (Mark) of Williamston and Scott Neely of Aiken; his brother Carl Neely of Pelzer; his granddaughters, Dedria Donnahoo (Justin) and Stephanie Strickland (Austin); and his great grandchildren, Elijah Strickland and Della Donnahoo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
