She was predeceased by: her spouse A. B. Ford; her parents, Melvin Engvald and Edith Jackson Fougner; her son Robert Ford; her siblings, Howard, Richard Fougner and Margaret Smith; and her granddaughter Wendy Ford.
She is survived by: her children, C. D. Ford (Deirdre), Brenda Jo Spratt of Belton, Vicky Parnell (Joe) of Williamston and Terry Ford (Michelle) of Williamston; and her brother David Fougner. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to White Plains Baptist Church Building Fund, 1435 Easley Highway, Pelzer, SC 29669.
