He was predeceased by: his spouse Bobbie Faye Eller Parker; his parents, Roy Clarence and Lula Mae Welborn Parker; his children, Donna Wood and Donald Clarence Parker, Jr.; his siblings, Norma Jean Parker, Barbara Stanton and Clifford Parker; and his great grandchild Abby Grace Couch.
He is survived by: his daughters, Annette Oliver (Tony) of Piedmont and Sandra Adcox (Dean) of Williamston; his grandchildren, Brittany Couch (Brandon), Shayla Evans (Billy), Tyler Creamer (Heather), Hannah Cely (Zack) and Allison Powell (Tyler); and his great grandchildren, Brice Couch, Ruby and Lane Creamer.
