He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Agnes Baskiewicz Ruggiero. He is survived by: his spouse Gail Higgins Ruggiero; his children, Daniel Ruggiero (Desiree) of Rainbow City, AL and Crystal Ruggiero of Bristol, CT; his stepdaughters, Crystal Casey (Ryan) of Alpharetta, GA and Carrie Rowe of Athens, GA; his sister Paula St. Germain (Joe) of Manchester, CT; his grandchildren, Sydney, Taylor and Maddox "L. D."; his stepgranddaughters, Hannah and Lillian Casey; and his pet Star.
