She was predeceased by: her spouse Cecil Edward Lockaby, Jr.; and her parents, Edward James and Virginia Juanita Morgan Fountain. She is survived by: her daughters, Andrea Alberson (Lee) and Stacie Turner (Stephen); her grandchildren, Hagan, Clay Alberson, Kaleigh Medlin (Brett) and Jacob Turner; and her sister Linda Stowe.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gray Mortuary (52 Main St, Pelzer, SC 29669). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Tabernacle Baptist Church (519 Anderson St, Pelzer, SC 29669). A burial was held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at the Greenville Memorial Gardens (7784 Augusta Rd, Piedmont, SC 29673).
