With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christine Steinbrueck (Pelzer, South Carolina), born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on March 16, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace Steinbrueck of Pelzer; her parents, Walter Childers and Ollie Massey Bowers; her son Jerry Simmons; and her siblings, Jerrell Dean Campbell, Charles Childers, Gene Bowers, Ross Bowers, Doug Bowers, Neal Bowers and Buster Bowers.

She is survived by: her sister Mary Clardy of Easley; her grandson Brian Simmons (Regina) of Pelzer; her great grandchildren, Megan and Lauren Simmons; and her great great grandchild Charlie Howard.
