He was predeceased by: his spouse Johnnie Gallamore Bennefield; his parents, Cecil Leon Bennefield Sr. and Nancy Ann Lollis Bennefield; and his brother James Bennefield, Sr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Chapman (Billy) and Missi Paige (Ken) of Piedmont; his sisters, Vrenda Morrow, Helen Waddell and Barbara Hayes; his grandchildren, Gary Lee Parnell, Kayla Kelley, Summer Williamson, Kendall Merritt, Kim Ratliff, Katie Williamson and Kenneth Paige; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Maddie, Paisley, Hensley, Hayden M., Raelyn, Hayden R., Rylann and Korbin.
Due to Covid-19, it is suggested that masks be worn and social distancing observed.
