It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Looper (Pelzer, South Carolina), born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on April 7, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Eugene and Bessie Eller Tucker Looper; his siblings, Matthew Looper and Addie Looper Davis; and his great grandchildren, Austin, Justin and Sierra.
He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Jean Reece (David) of Williamston and Tammy Simmons (Donald) of Williamston; his sister Jean Payne of Piedmont; his grandchildren, Nena Livingston (David), Bradley Davis, Shane Simmons (Wanda), Misty Simmons and Rusty Simmons; and his great grandchildren, Dylan, Dakota, Starr, Lainey, Ashley, Bailey, Addison and Junior.
