With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Umbaugh of Pelzer, South Carolina, born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on April 4, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Jackson and Frances Irene Hoover Chandler; and her sons, Ricky Lee Umbaugh and Robby Dean Umbaugh. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Lee Umbaugh; her children, Randy Gene Umbaugh (Elaine) of Middleburg, FL, Kelly Susan North (Stan) of Taylors and Rodney Scott "Dutch" Umbaugh (Natasha) of North Charleston; and her siblings, Larry Chandler (Sandra) of Pelzer, Alice Kay Litzsinger (Jerry) of Atlanta, GA, Judy Cockrum (Frank) of Simpsonville and Donald Chandler (Annette) of San Diego, CA. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
