He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Edna Gilreath Lollis; his parents, Walter Hubert and Myrtle Lee Creamer Lollis; and his children, Michael Edward Lollis and Etrulia Ann Lollis.
He is survived by: his children, Bobby George Lollis, Jr. (Betty Jo Greenway) of Williamston and Sandra Lollis Burgess (William Steve) of Williamston; his sister Trudy Gosnell of Greer; and his grandchildren, Bobby Edward Lollis, Rockey Daniel Burgess, Kristy Lollis Tilley, Lena Marie Burgess and Mandy Williams. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
