He was predeceased by: his parents, William Samuel and Ruby Link Langley; and his brother Patrick Gene Langley. He is survived by: his wife Judy Graydon Langley; his son William S. "Jay" Langley, II (Julie) of Pelzer; and his granddaughter Lauren Lipscomb of Greenville.
