He was predeceased by: his parents, Ewing Jackson and Mary Bevis Talbert; and his son Bryan Talbert. He is survived by: his wife Linda Diane Simpson Talbert; his sons, William "Billy" Talbert, II and Jonathan Talbert of Hesston, PA; his stepchildren, Shannon Wilson (Alan) of Lexington, SC, Tonya Strickland (Lan Tieu) of Fullerton, CA, Michael Strickland (Tamara) of Greenwood and Tracey Hobson (Randy) of Piedmont; and his half-brother Frank Cone (Sheraine) of Honea Path. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
