He was predeceased by: his spouse Audrey Ann Chapman Campbell; and his parent Adolphus Campbell. He is survived by: his parent Dora Marie Stapleton Campbell; his children, William T. Campbell, Jr. (Donna) of Belton, Robert H. Campbell, Sr. (Tabitha) of Myrtle Beach and Rhonda Marie Campbell Smith; his grandchildren, Rena Herring (Jon), Beau Rampey (Megan) and Robert Hugh Campbell, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Anna, Addison, Timmy, Reese, Audrey, Thomas and Adam.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cancer Society of Greenville County, 113 Mills Avenue, Greenville, SC 29605.
