He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hatton Romans; his son Steven Romans (Michele); his granddaughter Amy; his daughter Jennifer Romans Padgett (Steve); his grandsons, Kyle and Cooper Crews; his stepgrandchildren, Nicholas Padgett, Zachary Padgett, Keith Padgett, Alex Padgett and Victoria Padgett McNure (Eric); his stepgreat-grandchild Jordan; his sisters, Virginia Kelly of Rising Sun, IN and Janice Meadors (Tom) of Patriot, IN; and his siblings-in-law, Jerrie Shields (Vince) of Madison, IN, Deanna Christman (Lloyd) of Canaan, IN and Kippy Hatton (Pam) of Florence, IN.. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
