She was predeceased by: her significant other Truman Joseph "Davy" Davis, Jr.; her parents, Lamar Rudolph Peters, Jr. and Hazel Ehrhardt Peters; her stepmother Margaret Peters; and her brothers, Buddy Peters, Jimmy Peters, Benny Peters and Otis Albert Peters.
She is survived by: her children, Christina Davis and Trenton Jay "T. J." Davis (Amanda Bass) of Pelion; her grandchildren, Amanda Davis, Geoffrey Davis, Katie Davis, Hailey Davis, Zoe Bass, Peyton Bass and McKinley Bass; and her siblings, Grace Stroble of Summerville, Tony Peters of Greenville, Reginald Dale Peters of Texas and Jerry Peters of Charleston.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Brice W. Herndon and Sons Funeral Homes and Crematory, Walterboro Chapel (1193 Bells Hwy, Walterboro, SC 29488). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
