He is survived by: his wife Lori Ann Ballman DeClue; his children, Dominique Marie DeClue, Matthew Joseph DeClue (Theresa), Danielle Christine DeClue, Noelle Annette Keel (Brandon), Joseph Alexander DeClue, Annemarie Elizabeth DeClue, Vincent Robert DeClue and Phillip John-Michael DeClue; his grandchildren, Sebastian Michael DeClue, Charlotte Lily DeClue and Veronica Rose; and his siblings, Robert (Elfriede), Richard (Peggy), Ronald DeClue, Rachelle Shearon and Regina Hager.
