She is survived by: her parent Mary Louise Cook Smith; her daughters, Melinda Martin and Teresa Baker; and her siblings, Roy Alvin, Carl Duncan, Glenn Eugene (Pat), Mark Dale Smith (Sandi), Mary Louise Paxton (Benny), Deborah Diane Potter and Cathy Darlene Burgess (Phil). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
