He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Judy Jeffcoat Lucas; his children, Ava Lucas Jackson (Jeffrey) and Kenneth "Kenny" Maxie Lucas; his grandchildren, Jeremy Jackson (Reihannon) and Lindsey Jackson Darby (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Chloe Marie Jackson, Landon Carter Darby and Kyler Marie Darby. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
