He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hazel Belle and Fred Lepkowski. He is survived by: his parents, Natalie Belle and Leonard Lepkowski; his wife Kathy "Kate" Lepkowski; and his son Dylan Tholen. He is also survived by his family very much and his grandchildren.
