It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joe Autrey of Pelion, South Carolina, born in Monroe, North Carolina, who passed away on January 2, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey J. Autrey and Rosie V. Deese Autrey; and his son Thomas Elliott "Tommy" Autrey. He is survived by: his wife Reba Autrey; his sons, Danny Autrey (Betty) and Russell "Rusty" Autrey (Michelle); his daughter-in-law Angela Autrey of Pelion, SC; and his grandchildren, Catrina Autrey (Charles Dheel), Brian Autrey (Lindsey), Matthew Autrey and Benjamin Autrey. He is also survived by five great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the current pandemic and the CDC regulations, social distancing and other guidelines will be in place.
