He is survived by: his grandchildren, David Serbin, Lenny Russell, Pamala "Pam" Marie M. Kirton (Joe "Boots") and Ronald James Mensinger (Patricia Ann); his great grandchildren, Autumn Tapler (Garry), Jodi Cook (Jamie) and Joshua Mensinger (Kylie); his siblings, Frank Smith (late Jane) and Rose M. Zuraski (George); and his wife Leilani Lee Bell.
