He is survived by: his parent Shelva Jean Atkinson Caine; his wife Vicky Ann Caine; his children, Crystal Star Caine-Heinrich (Bobby) of Lexington, Kevin Fulmer (Sherrie) of Gaston and Michael Fulmer (Shanna) of Lexington; his grandchildren, McKaylee Heinrich, Jerry Fulmer, Veronica Fulmer and Riley Martin; his great grandchildren, Brentley and Abel Fulmer; his siblings, Annie Caine (Malcolm) of West Columbia, Belle Piccolo (Ralph) of Chapin, Danielle Tison (Keith) of Hilton Head, Cynthia Caine of Chapin and Daniel Caine of California; his close friend Steve Pritchard; and his pets, Toby and Bandit.
