She is survived by: her parent Jacqueline Howell; her husband Collis "Ronnie" Kelly; her children, Walter Frost, Travis Frost of Florida, Mandy Steele and Deni Kelly of South Carolina; her grandchildren, DeAnna Frost, Brantley Frost and Cadence Frost; and her sisters, Debra Bigbee of South Carolina, Sandra Partyka of North Carolina and Karen Johnson of South Carolina. She is also survived by wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
